Verified power measurements
with state-of-the-art measuring methods

In our state-of-the-art test and measurement center, we use our many years of experience to analyse the natural frequency and resonance ranges of your industrial fans in order to prevent potential damage. By parameterizing the entire drive system – consisting of fan, motor and inverter – we ensure that the permissible vibration values in accordance with ISO 14694 and DIN ISO 10816-3 are adhered to. For drives up to 450 kW, measurements are carried out on our in-house test bench, while for higher outputs we carry out the measurements directly on site. The detailed parameter lists are an integral part of the final documentation to ensure complete traceability and the highest quality.

What our test-center does

Our state-of-the-art test rig complies with the demanding DIN EN ISO 5801 standards to ensure that the performance of our fans is measured in accordance with international standards.

Suction side pipe test benches up to 1,800 mm diameter
Large diameter requirements? We offer intake-side pipe test benches with an impressive diameter of up to 1,800 mm – for maximum flexibility and precision.

Volume flow measurements up to 300,000 m³/h
Precise volume flow measurements up to 300,000 m³/h enable us to evaluate the performance of our fans under real operating conditions.

Power measurements up to
450 kW – 800 A – 400 V

Our advanced test benches allow power measurements up to an impressive 450 kW, 800 A and 400 V to ensure that our fans deliver peak performance.

In-house new and further development
