What we do
Diversity and stable quality worldwide. This is what we stand for. As an owner-managed family business from one of the most important mechanical engineering regions in Germany, we manufacture centrifugal fans for all kinds of industrial applications. As a globally positioned group of companies, we support our customers in all economic regions of the world with engineering made in Germany, consistent product quality and comprehensive services.
Our history
When Konrad Reitz founded the company in 1948, he knew exactly why. His vision was to build a future for himself, his family and his employees in the midst of the ruins of the Second World War. Today, with over 700 employees, we are still a family business and our goal is just as clearly formulated: We are the company of opportunity. On a solid foundation, Reitz offers employees, partners and customers development opportunities and reliability in order to continuously promote trust and partnerships.
Our mission statement
We grow because we have roots. Since our foundation in 1948, we have been committed to the values and principles of a medium-sized family business. Reliability, transparency and partnership with customers, employees and suppliers are central building blocks of our corporate DNA, which applies to each of our locations in Germany, China, India and the USA.
