As a construction mechanic, you are the key figure in the planning and production of metal constructions, components and assemblies made from sheet metal, pipes or profiles. You will carry out manual and mechanical production processes as well as welding processes, taking into account occupational safety and environmental protection.
As an industrial clerk, you will be the driving force behind our commercial and business management processes. From materials management, sales and marketing to human resources, finance and accounting, you will be involved in numerous areas of responsibility. You will organize logistics processes, draw up service and organizational plans, plan advertising and sales promotion measures and handle financial and business accounting.

IT specialist (application development / system integration)
As an IT specialist (m/f/d), you will monitor, design and develop our digital business processes and applications. You will ensure that our IT infrastructure is always up to date and functions smoothly. Your tasks will include the integration and maintenance of hardware, the development and optimization of software solutions and IT support for our employees. You will make a significant contribution to IT security and support the successful implementation of IT strategies.
As a mechatronics technician, you will work with mechanical and electronic components and be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our machines. You will also measure and test them. If functional faults occur, you will be familiar with dismantling and repairing the machine parts. You will also be responsible for programming and installing control systems and complex systems.
As a technical product designer, you will work in our design department. You will design individual parts and assemblies for our products as three-dimensional models using CAD systems and create technical drawings from these. You will respond to customer requirements and work closely with our specialist departments. The field of work ranges from design, calculation and simulation to project management.
As a warehouse logistics specialist, you will play a key role in organizing and ensuring smooth processes in the field of logistics. You will be familiarized with all sub-functions of warehouse management, from goods receiving, warehousing and order picking to loading. You will also take on various commercial tasks as part of warehouse management.

After you have proven yourself in the assessment center, we will give you an insight into our company processes during a trial internship lasting several days.

You get the acceptance!
You’ve made it! After a successful assessment center and trial internship, you will receive our verbal confirmation and a training offer. We will invite you to Höxter-Albaxen or Hessisch-Lichtenau to sign the contract. Your apprenticeship can begin.
